Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide comprehensive legal advisory services to the entire organization (civil / labor / corporate / consumer / regulatory / administrative); * Draft and review corporate bylaws and their amendments; * Prepare petitions, administrative and judicial appeals; * Draft/review contracts of all types and powers of attorney; * Analyze and interpret judicial proceedings, assess legal feasibility, issue legal opinions, and adopt appropriate procedures; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law Sciences, with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Postgraduate degree in a related field is desirable; * Knowledge in labor law, social security law, corporate law, contracts, industrial property, consumer protection law, and sanitary legislation; * Experience in the industrial sector is a plus; * Availability to work in Itapira/SP — 100% on-site Do you want to join an innovative company, market leader in anesthesia across Latin America, and a global reference in pharmaceutical raw material production?
