**Education:**
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Requirements:
* Basic computer literacy and email management skills;
* Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office suite;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Interest in learning administrative and regulatory procedures;
* Aptitude for organization and process tracking.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in customer service;
* Support demand screening;
* Provide initial guidance to customers;
* Assist in analyzing and submitting regulatory declarations (DICI, FUST, FUNTEL, SNOA, SATVA, and SGO);
* Support registration and submission activities with Anatel and ANCINE;
* Assist in sending receipts, statements, and invoices related to submitted entries;
* Support information gathering for reports;
* Attend meetings and videoconferences;
* Formalize guidance via email;
* Record customer interactions in the system;
* Support process monitoring and adherence to workflows and deadlines.
Advantages:
