




**Key Responsibilities:** * Manage administrative routines, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines. * Conduct inventory control and analysis, ensuring appropriate stock levels and data accuracy. * Lead the procurement process—from quotation to closure—applying negotiation strategies to optimize costs. * Monitor administrative KPIs and support financial management in expense flow oversight. * Coordinate the team, fostering alignment, development, and high performance. * Implement continuous process improvements, ensuring compliance and efficiency. **Technical Requirements:** * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, basic dashboards). * Experience in **inventory control** and stocktaking. * Proven experience in **procurement** and supplier relationship management. * Strong **negotiation** skills, contract management capability, and proposal analysis. * Prior experience in **leading** administrative teams. **Desired Profile:** * Assertive communication and owner mindset. * Organizational skills, systemic vision, and results orientation. * Agile decision-making and problem-solving ability. * Adaptability and critical thinking.
