This network of operations aims to make us the best Private Healthcare Provider Network in Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct daily surveillance of notifiable diseases and submit notifications to the SINAN system (or equivalent); * Perform daily review of antibiotics prescribed within the institution; * Populate spreadsheets used by the department for data management with indicators relevant to the Infection Control Department’s objectives; * Enter data into Managed Protocol Spreadsheets; * Register biological samples collected within the hospital setting into the GAL system; * Conduct daily audits of prescribed antibiotics and partial culture growth results to identify potential cases of healthcare-associated infections. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completion of high school education and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) are required. * Among personal skills, we seek an organized individual with strong attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. * Familiarity with the MV electronic medical record system and proactivity are desirable assets for candidates. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * LUCA Health Plan; * AMIL Dental Plan; * Daycare Assistance for children up to 5 years old; * WellHub (Gympass); * Life Insurance; * Tuition Assistance, subject to eligibility; * PPR \- Profit Sharing Program (per company policy).
