**[Tech] Senior Quality Analyst - QA/Tester** ===================================================== TOTVS | Ribeirão Preto - SP | Hybrid Job Description Your mission at TOTVS will be to ensure the quality of team deliverables, so that software requirements requested by the Product Owner (PO) of the squad are met. Responsibilities and Duties * Responsible for gathering high-complexity requirements, proposing solutions, evaluating alternatives, and conducting training sessions; * Guide and collaborate with the development team to identify business solutions through communication and knowledge sharing, capable of resolving doubts and disseminating expertise in internal and external TOTVS forums, as well as interacting with other areas to drive improvements; * Support the PO in decision-making by providing business domain inputs; * Assist in prioritizing software product deliveries through specialized analysis, considering the impact of potential prioritizations on team/product activities; * Detail medium- and high-complexity requirements by engaging with customers and project-related departments, suggesting implementation into the standard product for the PO; * Ensure the effectiveness of software product feature implementation and functionality through integrated testing of maintenance/innovation/regulatory updates; * Perform systemic testing of the software product’s release (final product) to verify that system routines/operations function correctly. May use previously registered test scenarios in the “Test Cases” tool as a reference for test planning; * Design test cases for new features or for existing features lacking documented test cases; * Create mind maps for critical/complex routines, identifying routine functionalities; * Participate in and contribute to agile events to continuously improve the team; * Review technical documentation written by developers to ensure customer understanding of implemented software features, and publish it in the customer-accessible document repository; * Suggest quality area process improvements based on technical expertise to optimize personal and cross-functional deliverables; * Automate test cases by developing high-complexity test scripts; * Identify improvement opportunities through critical analysis of processes, tools, products, tests, and other development practices; * Ensure achievement of short-term goals associated with the quality role. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience with test automation tools; * Advanced testing techniques; * Programming logic; * Agile software development methodologies; * Cypress; * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology or related fields.
