Responsibilities: Present the menu to customers and assist them with their selections when necessary; Provide dinner service; Assist in setting up and dismantling events. Knowledge Requirements: Menus; Waiter etiquette and service standards; Wine list. Requirements: Flexible availability; Completed high school education; Experience in à la carte service; Buffet service; Bar and restaurant operations. Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off — including one fixed weekly day off plus one Sunday per month (two Sundays for women).
