Job Description: \- Maintain cleanliness of the area and of equipment and utensils used. \- Clean all internal kitchen areas: floors, tiles, equipment, kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, hood filters, doors, windows, and screens. \- Dispose of kitchen waste. \- Sort and organize sanitized A\&B materials for return to the main dining hall. \- Wear the uniform correctly, including boots, PVC apron, and mandatory PPE. \- Use dishwashing machine dispensers correctly. Work Schedule: 5:30 AM to 1:50 PM\.
