Additionally, you will help us build frameworks and tools to identify performance bottlenecks, measuring, monitoring, and optimizing our performance to ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance — directly impacting the lives of millions of people every day. As a Software Engineer, you will design, code, test, and operate applications that simplify and become part of our customers’ universe, participating in API creation, backend integration, and helping prioritize evolution. Here, you’ll meet incredible people — business-savvy, deeply curious, diving into data to deliver the best answers, and playing a fundamental role in pursuing our shared dream: Feeding the World’s Future. **Your Daily Menu** ----------------------- * Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Design professionals; * Actively contribute to suggesting and defining best practices/solutions for the app; collaborate on establishing coding style guides for the entire project; and lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives; * Develop Flutter applications respecting Figma layouts; * Build innovative, performance-oriented solutions; * Reinforce quality during code reviews and maintenance practices; * Address application performance issues and CI pipeline bottlenecks; * Integrate via APIs and scale components efficiently through adjustments and/or large-scale refactoring. **Ingredients We’re Looking For** ----------------------------- * Passion for software development; * Proven experience building scalable, high-performance applications; * Strong experience with Flutter and Dart; * Knowledge of Clean Code & Design Patterns, A/B testing, and Git; * Experience integrating REST APIs, asynchronous communication, and handling concurrency issues in distributed systems; * Relational and NoSQL databases, query writing, and data modeling experience. * **Nice-to-have:** + Automated testing, distributed systems, and security concepts in development; + Experience with Crashlytics or Bugsnag, GraphQL, New Relic, Logz, Amplitude, UI testing, and integration testing; + Knowledge of CI/CD; + Knowledge of Kotlin and Swift; + Experience working in agile environments.
