Job Summary: Experienced pastry professional responsible for developing and executing desserts, cakes, and sweets, ensuring standardization and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Creation and execution of bakery products under the brand, with focus on quality. 2. Production planning and inventory control of ingredients. 3. Supervision and guidance of assistants, with emphasis on hygiene and safety. **Responsibilities:** Develop and execute recipes for desserts, cakes, sweets, and branded bakery products; ensure standardization, quality, and presentation of manufactured products; plan and organize production according to daily demand and special events; complete internal control records and report to the responsible manager; monitor ingredient inventory and request replenishment as needed; ensure proper use of equipment, utensils, and raw materials; comply with hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food handling; maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of one's workspace and department; supervise and guide bakery assistants and kitchen helpers, ensuring adherence to established routines; ensure product quality, food safety, and appearance of finished products; contribute ideas for new product development and process improvements; report productivity, quality, and any deviations to the department head; assist in other related duties. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a pastry chef; knowledge of pastry techniques; skill in cake and fine dessert decoration; attention to detail; ability to work in a team; commitment to deadlines and quality. **Salary:** R$ 3.000,00 to R$ 3.500,00 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance, Medical and Dental Insurance **Notes:** Monday to Friday, from 06:30 to 16:18, with a 1-hour break. Occasional Saturday work possible.
