Job Summary: A professional responsible for providing support in serving executive management and staff, ensuring organization and restocking of pantry areas, and serving beverages and food during meetings and events. Maintenance of the pantry and service areas clean and organized A professional responsible for providing support in serving executive management and internal staff, ensuring organization, restocking of pantry and service areas. Performs duties such as serving beverages and food during meetings, events, and common areas, maintaining the expected standards of quality, courtesy, and discretion in the corporate environment. * Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and snacks during meetings and events; * Keep the pantry and service areas consistently clean, organized, and well-stocked; * Restock supplies; * Support corporate events and internal initiatives; * Perform cleaning of utensils and equipment; * Maintain personal appearance and uphold the company’s image during service. * Be available to executive management during evening hours * Collect dishes requested from the restaurant Requirements: * Knowledge of good practices for handling food and beverages; * Ability to set up and organize coffee breaks, meetings, and events; * Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance of utensils and equipment; * Skill in serving and attending staff and visitors courteously; * Knowledge of drink preparation is a plus.
