




Job Summary: Kitchen assistant responsible for pre-preparation, organization, food production and dish plating, as well as kitchen and food sanitation and final cleanup. Key Highlights: 1. Complete kitchen and food sanitation SCHEDULE: Night shift: 3:50 PM to 12:10 AM, 44 hours/week on a 6x1 rotation Night shift: 3:50 PM to 12:10 AM, 30 hours/week \- working days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) Responsibilities: The kitchen assistant is fully supervised by the head chef and sous-chef, and is responsible for pre-preparation, organization, and food production across various kitchen departments; dish preparation and plating; and comprehensive kitchen and food sanitation and finalization — including environmental sanitation (i.e., cleaning and disinfection of the premises) and food sanitation (i.e., storage and labeling of processed and handled products), as well as equipment washing, etc. Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
