FIT Group is looking for a Maître for Green House at Parque Villa Lobos. We seek a professional who embodies elegance, organization, and efficiency—ensuring that dining room service operates like a perfectly tuned orchestra, from the first "hello" to the customer's departure. Your responsibilities will include: * **Dining Room Leadership:** Coordinate waiters, busboys, and receptionists, ensuring all adhere to service and hospitality standards. * **Experience Management:** Greet customers, manage waiting lines and table maps to optimize restaurant flow. * **Quality and Standards:** Ensure cutlery polishing, station organization, and immaculate dining room presentation. * **Sales Focus:** Guide the team on menu and wine offerings, encouraging suggestive selling to increase average ticket value. * **Conflict Resolution:** Handle customer dissatisfaction or unexpected situations diplomatically and promptly. * **Training:** Train new talent and keep the team motivated and aligned with FIT Group’s culture of excellence. What we look for in you: * **Experience:** Proven track record as a Maître or Head Waiter in high-volume or premium-standard restaurants. * **Skills:** Inspirational leadership, flawless communication, professional demeanor, and ease in interacting with guests. * **Knowledge:** Mastery of service etiquette, wines, basic mixology, and management systems (POS). * **Profile:** Proactive, organized individual with emotional intelligence and ability to perform well under pressure. Job Details: * **Work Location:** Green House \- Parque Villa Lobos. * **Salary:** R$ 2\.481,44\. * **Additional Earnings:** Tips (significantly increasing final compensation). * **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance and On-site Meal Benefit. * **Schedule:** 6x1 (weekly day off plus one Sunday per month). * **Shift:** 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM\.
