Maple Bear Fortaleza is seeking a committed, organized, and proactive Kitchen Assistant to join our team. We are a bilingual school with a Canadian methodology, focused on providing a welcoming, safe, and excellent environment for our students. Key responsibilities * Assist in meal and snack preparation and plating; * Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and the kitchen environment; * Organize food inventory and storage; * Support expiration date tracking and product preservation; * Follow food safety regulations and good hygiene practices; * Provide daily operational support to the kitchen team. Requirements * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and agility; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Commitment to food hygiene and safety.
