Job Summary: A Kitchen Assistant supports meal preparation, organizes the kitchen area, and ensures sanitation of utensils and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Kitchen environment organization The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for supporting meal preparation, organizing the kitchen area, sanitizing utensils, and complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Tasks: * Assist in preparing meals for elderly residents * Sanitize food, utensils, and the kitchen area * Organize the kitchen environment * Support the head cook * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Shift schedule: 12-hour shifts with 36-hour rest periods Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Incomplete or ongoing elementary school education (preferred) Work location: On-site
