Ingredient management and storage Cleaning, peeling, cutting, grating, and portioning vegetables, greens, and meats according to the chef's instructions. Cooking Support: Assisting in meal preparation (baking, frying, grilling, sautéing), preparing simple sauces, and restocking the production line. Cleaning and Sanitization: Washing pots, utensils, and equipment, as well as cleaning countertops, refrigerators, and maintaining workplace organization. Inventory and Storage: Receiving, storing, and organizing ingredients in pantries or cold rooms, labeling products for expiration date control.
