Opportunity to apply experience in kitchen support roles Recruitment and Selection Consulting is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Vinhedo. **Responsibilities:** Assist with sanitation and preparation of vegetables, legumes, and salads. Support cutting of meats, poultry, and fish according to kitchen standards. Assist with food pre-preparation and preparation. Support dessert preparation and food restocking. Organize and set up the distribution counter. Assist during meal service. Assist with kitchen organization, cleaning, and sanitation, including utensils. Help monitor inventory, food temperatures, and storage. Comply with food safety regulations and proper use of PPE. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Aide, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. Completed elementary education required.
