Perform ingredient pre\-preparation (cutting, washing, and sorting). Organize and separate required ingredients for production. Support the chef in daily kitchen routines. Wash and sanitize utensils, equipment, and work areas. Monitor food expiration dates and proper storage. Assist in plating dishes and order fulfillment. Maintain a clean, organized workplace compliant with hygiene standards. Minimize waste and monitor ingredient usage. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Aide, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some tasks in this role. High school diploma required.
