




Job Summary: Kitchen assistant responsible for food preparation, kitchen organization and cleaning, following hygiene and food safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in food preparation and handling 2. Maintenance of kitchen hygiene and organization 3. Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards * Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, fruits, and other foods. * Measuring and separating ingredients according to recipes. * Assisting the chef in meal preparation. * Performing simple tasks such as mixing, beating, seasoning, etc. * Keeping countertops, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. * Monitoring ingredient inventory (notify when running low). * Washing dishes, pots, cutlery, and general utensils. * Following hygiene and food safety standards. * Sanitizing kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment. * Assisting in assembling meal boxes, plates, or portions. * Packaging food when necessary. * Separating organic waste, recyclables, and food scraps according to local regulations. * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.040,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Kitchen experience (preferred) Work Location: On-site
