Job Summary: Assist in the production of savory snacks, from initial preparation to final packaging, maintaining organization and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in preparing various doughs and fillings 2. Perform shaping, assembly, frying, or baking of savory snacks 3. Keep the work area, utensils, and equipment clean and organized The Production Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the entire manufacturing cycle of our products, from initial preparation to final packaging, including: Assist in preparing different types of dough (e.g., coxinhas, risoles, empadas) and various fillings. Perform shaping and assembly of savory snacks (e.g., coxinhas, cheese balls, kibe, empadas, cheese bread). Carry out the frying or baking process for savory snacks. Maintain a clean and organized work area, utensils, and equipment, strictly adhering to hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Assist in organizing and controlling inventory of raw materials and finished products. Perform packaging and storage of ready-to-sell savory snacks. Previous experience in savory snack production or industrial kitchen operations. Agility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. **Job Type:** Permanent (CLT) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus occasional weekends or holidays. **Work Location:** Fazendinha, Curitiba\-PR **Compensation:** R$2\.068,00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance Transportation allowance **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
