




Job Summary: This role involves supporting the chef, preparing food, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring overall environmental organization. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in the kitchen and food preparation 2. Maintenance of environmental organization and hygiene 3. Food safety and control of food storage * Assist in food preparation (cutting, sanitizing, and portioning); * Support the chef in daily kitchen routines; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the environment, utensils, and equipment; * Wash dishes, pots, and utensils; * Follow hygiene and food safety standards; * Assist in food inventory control and storage. * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * Salary: R$1\.688,03 \+ Variable Commission \+ Transportation Allowance * On-site meals * Availability for flexible working hours
