Support in ingredient inventory control Tem Umami, an artisanal ice cream shop in São Paulo, is hiring a **Kitchen Assistant** to work directly on waffle cone production and general kitchen tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Operate the griddle and maintain continuous waffle cone production; * Assemble, shape, and package waffle cones according to standards; * Clean utensils, equipment, and work surfaces; * Assist in general kitchen routines; * Support ingredient inventory control (batter, packaging, utensils); **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred). * Prior kitchen experience. * Experience operating a griddle is a plus. **Additional Information:** * Employment type: CLT \- Permanent; * Work location: São Paulo city center \- Near República; * Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday \- 12:00 to 20:00 \- 44 hours per week; * Benefits: Transportation allowance, Meal voucher (BRL 20.00 per day); Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
