Raiz Cozinha Brasileira is a restaurant offering an authentic Brazilian culinary experience. With traditional dishes and fresh ingredients, we aim to revive the roots of our gastronomy. **Responsibilities:** Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, peeling, and organizing). Assist in food preparation and dish assembly. Keep the kitchen, countertops, and utensils clean and organized at all times. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Support the kitchen team and maintain good communication with the dining room. Previous roles such as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
