Someone who adapts easily to change and, above all, loves collaborative, team-based work. **SENIOR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER** ------------------------------- What is your role in building this learning path? * Apply technologies — including artificial intelligence — in content production, continuously seeking innovations in learning experiences; * Design and develop e-learning solutions in partnership with involved teams; * Use AI to optimize processes; * Develop scripts and other content-related deliverables; * Provide technical support to other professionals involved in project development; * Monitor and technically validate project-related deliverables; * Certify and technically lead the delivery of the final project version; * Act as a consultant to clients. What experience do we expect from you? * Experience in e-learning production processes; * Experience in instructional design; * Experience in digital media; * Experience in scripting for e-learning courses; * Knowledge of virtual learning environments.
