As part of the TRATON Group, we are at a strategic moment in the evolution of our business model, consolidating\-ourselves as an integrator of sustainable logistics solutions. **ABOUT THE POSITION:** We are seeking an Executive Assistant C\-Level \& Facilities to act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring organization, operational fluidity, and efficient management of administrative and corporate routines—including facilities—with a high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and anticipatory capability, contributing to productivity, corporate experience, and operational excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle topics, information, and interactions related to C\-Level with a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professional maturity, ensuring integrity, security, and protection of the organization’s strategic and sensitive information. * Manage the C\-Level executive agenda, organizing appointments, priorities, * meetings, and communication flows in a structured and dynamic manner, aiming to optimize executive time and ensure efficiency in decision-making. * Coordinate domestic and international travel, including logistics, reservations, documentation, and agenda alignment, to ensure operational fluidity and appropriate executive experience. * Act as the focal point between leadership, internal departments, and external stakeholders, organizing information, tracking requests, and ensuring alignment of actions to facilitate communication and efficient execution of priorities. * Organize executive meetings, corporate events, and strategic forums, coordinating infrastructure, materials, communications, and operational support to ensure excellence in experience and activity execution. * Manage facilities and corporate infrastructure activities, monitoring suppliers, contracts, maintenance, administrative services, and office requests, to ensure a functional, organized environment aligned with corporate standards. * Monitor administrative and operational requests from leadership, proactively tracking deadlines, priorities, and follow\-ups to ensure agility and prevent operational disruptions. * Support preparation of presentations, reports, executive materials, and institutional communications, organizing information clearly and structurally to support executive decisions and interactions. * Identify opportunities for improvement in administrative and executive processes, proposing more efficient and structured solutions to enhance productivity, organization, and corporate experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Executive Secretariat, Public Relations, or related fields; * Experience supporting C\-Level leadership; * Experience managing administrative facilities and suppliers; * Knowledge of corporate travel and event organization; * Experience in dynamic, multifunctional corporate environments; * Advanced/Fluent English \- mandatory. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Organization and attention to detail; * Dynamism and adaptability; * Anticipatory ability; * Clear communication and executive presence; * Discretion and confidentiality; * Problem-solving; * Collaboration and service orientation; * Ownership mindset and accountability. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS** * Meal Voucher (Ticket Superflex); * Food Voucher (Ticket Superflex); * Bradesco National Health and Dental Plan; * Medication Reimbursement (E\-Pharma); * Life Insurance; * Discount on Volkswagen vehicle purchases; * Wellhub; * Petlove Partnership; * Access to Scania Clube SBC. **WORK MODEL** * Employment regime: CLT; * Working hours: 40 hours per week; * Hybrid — 3 days per week in the office; * Location: Paraíso — São Paulo, SP (near Brigadeiro metro station). **What are you waiting for to join us?** If your profile aligns with our values and objectives, submit your resume and don’t miss the chance to become part of the LOTS team!
