




Job Summary: Culinary Internship to assist with inventory organization and control, procurement management, menu updates, and kitchen support in preparing French dishes, with practical learning and chef supervision. Hands-on experience across all stages of gastronomic production **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Culinary Arts * Must reside in Curitiba or surrounding area. **Responsibilities:** Organize and control ingredient inventory; assist in procurement management; maintain records of orders and deliveries; help update menus and organize kitchen- and bistro-related documents. Kitchen Support: Assist the chef and kitchen team in preparing menu items; learn preparation, plating, and presentation techniques for traditional and contemporary French dishes. Participate in training sessions and direct supervision by the head chef, gaining practical experience in every stage of gastronomic production—from mise en place to dish completion.
