Key Responsibilities * Prepare hot and cold dishes according to menu and supervision instructions; * Follow technical sheets and standardized operating procedures; * Perform cutting, pre-preparation, and finishing of foods; * Assist in meal plating and distribution; * Monitor portion sizes, waste, and ingredient shelf life; * Maintain kitchen organization and sanitation; * Strictly comply with occupational hygiene and safety regulations. ✅ Requirements * Prior experience as a Cook, preferably in restaurants or cafeterias; * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Agility, organization, and responsibility; * Commitment to punctuality and quality standards.
