**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** 40 hours per week

**Employment regime:** Permanent – CLT
Assist the Nutritionist in menu planning, procurement, and distribution and supervision of Kitchen Assistant activities.
Prepare meals, including special diets. Monitor food and equipment temperatures; ensure equipment preservation, cleanliness, and safety. Comply with the Manual of Good Practices and Standardized Operational Procedures.

**Requirements:**
Completed High School education
Professional experience as a Cook or Cafeteria Worker
**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU ON A DAILY BASIS**
Knowledge of Good Hygiene and Food Handling Practices.
Knowledge of basic culinary techniques.
Basic understanding of selection, storage, and quality control of foodstuffs and products.
Organization and planning skills.
Knowledge of Food Safety.
