To amplify our growth appetite, we need someone experienced as a Piadina Chef/Kitchen Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing our Piadinas, with the following key responsibilities: Griddle proficiency Ensuring excellence in preparation/finishing Dough rolling Knowledge of our ingredients and portion sizes Understanding and applying required procedures for the role Technical Requirements: Completed high school education Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn quickly, think critically, work efficiently, and communicate effectively Behavioral Profile: Dynamism; Good interpersonal skills; Punctuality.
