Job Summary: Responsible for conservation, cleaning, and minor repairs at the N. Srª de Caravaggio Community, including gardening and building maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous professional development and recognition **General Assistant Positions** ------------------------------- **For the in-house team of the Inst. Nossa Senhora do Caravaggio Community** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Will be responsible for garden and orchard maintenance and cleaning, as well as minor repairs at the N. Srª de Caravaggio Community, always aligned with the Organization’s Mission, Vision, and ethical, moral, and human values.** ### **Requirements and Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Gardening experience (irrigation and mowing, pruning branches, planting seedlings, fertilizing, and pest control). Planting, cultivating, and harvesting fruits and vegetables from the orchard/garden. ✅ Knowledge of basic building maintenance and conservation (painting, replacing faucets, locks, and light bulbs, among others). Performing repairs on furniture, gardens, and tools. ✅ Supporting food preservation and jam/syrup production and storage when necessary. ✅ Caring for laying hens, including preparing and distributing feed. ✅ Preparing and supplying firewood to the kitchen according to consumption needs. ✅ Preferred: Completed Elementary School Education. ### **What We Offer** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday — 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:48 PM. * Competitive salary for the role: **BRL 2,750.83 + 40% Hazard Pay (BRL 607.20) + Health Insurance Plan**. * Continuous professional development and recognition.
