Job Summary: This role involves providing attentive and loving customer service, preparing various food and beverage items, managing product replenishment, handling order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. An environment that values attention, interest, and love Your responsibilities will include: * Providing service with attention, interest, and love; * Preparing beverages, snacks, and products according to our customers' preferences (tea, coffee, chocolates, various snacks, etc.); * Serving breakfast at the dining table or preparing afternoon snacks at our large counter according to customers' tastes; * Restocking products in your section (dairy items, bread, savory snacks); * Packaging affection in the form of orders, bread baskets, charcuterie boards, meter-long sandwiches, and sweets; * Sorting orders for pickup at the counter or for delivery, and preparing delivery manifests indicating product quantity and weight-based value; * Contributing to guest reception by welcoming customers and delivering the "Order Ticket"; * Performing daily and end-of-shift cleaning of utensils and equipment used, keeping the area clean and organized.
