Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Develop low-to-medium-complexity technical solutions under frequent supervision and close support, following team-established standards; * Perform maintenance and troubleshoot failures to maintain production environment stability; * Understand the software’s backend architecture by studying its components and functionalities; * Create low-complexity tests (unit tests) covering the basic behavior of developed technical components; * Clearly document development steps in version control tools; * Collaborate with the development team to learn about business solutions, software architecture, and design; * Ensure code quality by adhering to team-defined best practices and processes; * Proactively seek knowledge and clarify doubts with more senior developers to accelerate your technical growth; * Assist in detailing low-complexity requirements, supported by more experienced team members. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Academic Background: Currently enrolled in (from 3rd/4th semester onward) or completed undergraduate degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. * Programming Logic: Basic-to-intermediate knowledge for problem-solving. * Databases: Familiarity with data modeling, queries (SQL/NoSQL), and data manipulation. * Programming Languages: Academic knowledge or practical projects in at least one backend language (e.g., JavaScript/Node.js, Python, C#, etc.). * Web Development: Basic understanding of APIs (RESTful). * Tools: Familiarity with code versioning (Git).
