Description
* Access, modify, consult, delete, and enter data and information in computerized systems;
* Manage electronic mail systems of the units;
* Archive, classify, verify, copy, digitize, distribute, identify, locate, fill out, register, receive, record, request, and sort documents such as registrations, e\-mails, cards, forms, official letters, charts, spreadsheets, reports, and tables;
* Manage appointment schedules;
* Draft meeting minutes;
* Draft drafts of documents such as e\-mails, official letters, and reports;
* Plan, organize, and supervise the operation of the secretariat;
* Plan, organize, and supervise the execution of events, meetings, and trips, arranging the respective
infrastructure, transportation, and accommodations required;
* Provide direct assistance to managers;
* Handle dispatches with managers;
* Receive and attend citizens and representatives of public and private institutions;
* Perform other activities related to managerial secretarial work.
Requirements:
Educational level:
Completed high school or equivalent technical course.
Technical course in Secretarial Studies at the secondary education level, and professional registration, as stipulated by Law No. 7\.377/1985\.
Experience: 6 months of experience in the position of Technical Secretary.
Knowledge:
Windows operating system, internet browsers, electronic mail, text and presentation editors, and electronic spreadsheets;
Formalities, rules, and norms of public protocol.
