Develop and implement plans to test business processes. **Location:** Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil **Job ID:** R0097435 **Date Posted:** 2025\-07\-22 **Company Name:** HITACHI ENERGY BRASIL LTDA. **Profession (Job Category):** Engineering \& Science **Job Schedule:** Full time **Remote:** No **Job Description:** **The Opportunity** The Project Engineer \- ADMS role is to support the configuration, deployment, and tuning of OMS/DMS applications and technologies for all projects delivered by the Network Control group in North America. ### **How You Will Make an Impact** * Coordinate activities to achieve project goals and objectives. * Collect and validate required data to configure Network Manager SCADA/DMS/OMS applications. * Provide technical assistance in evaluating performance and results of SCADA/DMS/OMS applications, systems, and procedures. * Draft and maintain functional specifications for new or modified business systems. * Translate business models into information system representations. * Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing. * Process data to create electrical system models, defining and debugging geospatial databases and other SCADA/DMS/OMS-related data. * Understand and be proficient in using Hitachi Energy Network Manager software. * Track and identify changes in product documentation and support regional implementation units in understanding changes to Network Manager products. * Create or assist in writing user documentation, instructions, and procedures. * Monitor and document post\-implementation issues and revision requests. * Perform system function testing, validate results, detect errors, and coordinate resolution of identified issues. * Monitor system performance and adjust software parameters prior to system delivery. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems. * Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks in client\-server environments. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy. * Scripting language knowledge such as: PowerShell, VBS, Linux Shell Script, or Perl. * Advanced English (Mandatory). * Willingness to travel. *\#LI\-Remote* **Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
