We are looking for a **Procurement Assistant** to join our team and contribute to procurement processes, supplier control, and administrative support across internal departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Support administrative activities related to procurement, including issuing, recording, and tracking purchase orders in the ERP system; managing and updating spreadsheets and reports on orders, deadlines, and suppliers; * Conduct follow-up with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed deadlines and terms; * Support quotation processes, invoice verification, order checks, and document preparation for submission to the finance department; * Assist in contract management and supplier registration; * Collaborate with logistics and production on inventory control and monitor merchandise returns; * Provide administrative support to the procurement team and other company departments, contributing to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency. **Technical Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in administrative and/or procurement routines; * ERP system knowledge (Omie system is a plus); * Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and reporting; * Strong written communication and composition skills; * Basic understanding of inventory control and consumption analysis. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Effective communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively in teams; * Commitment and accountability; * Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach. **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 2\.647,24 * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 30.00/day * **Transportation Voucher or Fuel Voucher** * **Wellhub (Gympass)** * **SESC Membership** * **Life Insurance** * **Pharmacy Benefit Program** * **Birthday Bonus** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent, Temporary Contract Duration: 90 days Payment: R$2\.647,20 per month Benefits: * Fuel Allowance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher
