Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing professional to work on internal marketing, corporate communication, and content production in the technology and automation sectors. If you are creative, results-driven, strategic, and believe that a strong brand starts from within, this opportunity is for you! **MISSION:** * Create and execute **internal marketing and employer branding** initiatives; * Create and maintain **corporate communication**, ensuring consistency in language, identity, and company positioning; * Develop **internal content and campaigns**: announcements, campaigns, presentations, visual assets, and corporate materials; * Produce and support video content for **internal and external communication**; * Support the use and management of **email marketing** tools; * **Organize requests**, timelines, and assist in tracking executed activities; * **Analyze performance metrics** for communications and events; **WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS JOURNEY:** * **Education** in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields; * **Prior experience** in marketing, internal communication, or **internal marketing**; * **Strong writing skills and refined aesthetic sense**; * Proficiency in **Canva** and **video editing** (**Capcut**); * Knowledge of **email marketing tools** (Brevo or similar); * Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills. **BENEFITS:** * TotalPass * Partnership with SESI; * Transportation Allowance; * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * On-site Restaurant.
