Junior Social Projects Analyst to manage sponsorship processes, track requests, and act as a focal point across various departments.

We are looking for a **Junior Social Projects Analyst** to join the **People** team in São Paulo/SP.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:**
* Manage Sponsorship and Support Request (PSA) processes, ensuring request tracking throughout the entire approval workflow.
* Monitor processes from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to deadlines and defined stages.
* Act as the focal point between requesting departments and Compliance, Legal, Contracts, Payments, and other stakeholders involved in the process.
* Organize, control, and maintain up-to-date all documentation related to Donations and Sponsorships processes.
* Prepare executive materials to support Donations and Sponsorships Committee meetings.
* Draft, review, and submit meeting minutes, Memoranda of Approval (MoA), and other formal documents arising from governance decisions.
* Monitor pending items and conduct follow-ups with responsible departments, ensuring proper process progression.
* Support the identification of opportunities for improvement and standardization of governance processes, contributing to greater operational efficiency.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Social Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Knowledge of PSAs, SAP, or similar management systems is desirable;
* Proficiency in Excel;
* Experience in administrative activities, governance, or process control is a plus.
