Experience in event organization and exceptional communication We are looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team and manage the organization and execution of internal and external community events. Key Responsibilities: Provide in-person, telephone, and digital customer and member service; Understand the specific needs of each event (e.g., birthdays, weddings, corporate gatherings, etc.); Develop proposals and formalize service contracts; Plan, organize, and monitor all stages of events; Coordinate on-site event execution, ensuring quality and adherence to agreed terms; Collaborate with vendors and internal teams; Compose and respond to emails clearly and professionally; Create and update control spreadsheets (budgets, timelines, checklists, and overall event organization); Ensure a welcoming experience aligned with the community's values. Requirements: Prior experience in event organization; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in drafting professional emails; Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (Excel or similar); Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks; Availability to work at events, including weekends when required. Preferred Qualifications: Flexible according to demand Experience in clubs, communities, or event venues; Experience organizing social events (e.g., weddings, birthdays, etc.).
