Provide general support for digital platform and marketplace operations We are looking for an **E-commerce Operator** to handle the operational work of **marketplaces and digital platforms**. If you are organized, communicative, and enjoy working with technology and customer service, this position is for you! **Daily Responsibilities** * Assist customers during **pre-sales and post-sales** (chat, e-mail, 0800 hotline, Mercado Livre, Shopee, etc.). * Perform order **registration, invoicing, fulfillment, and tracking**. * Monitor and correct potential errors to **prevent stockouts**. * Take and edit **product photos** to improve listing conversion rates. * Provide general support for digital platform and marketplace operations. **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience with Excel * Proficiency in **basic calculations**. * **Strong communication skills**, clear diction, and excellent writing ability. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but highly valued!)** * Experience with marketplaces such as **Mercado Livre, B2W, Magalu, and Shopee**. * Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations. Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent contract Compensation: R$1.700,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
