We are looking for an E\-commerce Analyst to manage and develop our online sales operations. We seek an organized, analytical, and proactive professional focused on results and continuous improvement of the customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Manage and update products on the e-commerce site (listings, descriptions, images, prices, and inventory). * Create and monitor promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives. * Monitor orders, revenue, and performance metrics (sales, conversion rate, average order value, and cart abandonment rate). * Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operational functioning. * Manage advertisements on marketplaces and e\-commerce platforms. * Track metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other tools. * Produce management reports and propose actions to increase sales and improve performance. * Ensure product information accuracy and deliver an optimal customer navigation experience. * Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring. * Support implementation of new projects and platform enhancements. Requirements * Experience with e\-commerce platforms and marketplaces. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making orientation. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of SEO for e\-commerce. * Experience with ERP systems and integration platforms. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Basic image editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools).
