We have already validated our product in the market and are now entering our growth phase. Our mission is to make accounting bureaucracy invisible to small entrepreneurs. This position allows for 100% remote work. **Your Responsibilities:** ● Manage and oversee the customer portfolio; ● Monitor performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction metrics; ● Lead the onboarding process for new customers; ● Manage customer support tickets; ● Proactively address potential churn; ● Understand customer needs to provide feedback to internal teams, directly contributing to business strategy development; ● Guide customers on platform-related questions and encourage tool adoption; **What We’re Looking For:** ● Passion for delivering exceptional customer service; ● Prior experience in customer success or support roles; ● Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; ● Ability to self-manage tasks and priorities; ● Strong writing and communication skills; ● Team-oriented mindset; **Compensation:** R$1\.751,59 **Employment Type:** ● CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) ● Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (flexible hours), remote work Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay Range: R$1\.550,00 \- R$1\.751,59 per month Benefits: * Childcare allowance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Remote work * Meal allowance
