Position: Associate Attorney – Social Security Law 1. Responsibilities and Duties * Drafting of initial pleadings, appeals (administrative and judicial), and general submissions. * Performing social security calculations (contribution period, monthly benefit amount, and claim value). * Analyzing Administrative Proceedings (AP) and the National Social Security Information System (CNIS) to identify entitlements. * Client consultations for case triage and document collection. * Filing documents via the Meu INSS / SAG system and monitoring proceedings in Projudi/PJe/Eproc systems. * Occasional participation in hearings and oral arguments. 2. Requirements and Qualifications * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (**OAB**). * Basic theoretical knowledge of Social Security Law. * Excellent legal writing and analytical skills. * Proactive, organized profile with strong client communication skills.
