Job Summary: Legal Assistant to provide support for the firm's legal matters, particularly in case monitoring and execution of operational tasks related to civil and labor litigation. Drafting of legal documents, legal research, and document review We are seeking a **Legal Assistant to work onsite in Osasco**. The firm primarily operates in labor law and healthcare law. We seek an organized, responsible, and committed professional to support the firm’s legal matters — especially in case monitoring and execution of operational tasks related to civil and labor litigation. **Easy access to downtown Osasco is required.** **Responsibilities:** · Daily monitoring of court publications and case progress; · Document verification and digitization; · Deadline tracking and procedural calendar organization; · Drafting of legal documents and conducting legal research; · Case law research and updating judicial interpretations; · Document and pleading review; · Administrative support related to cases; · Supporting internal routines and monitoring legal matters; · Assisting with daily operations at the firm. **Requirements:** · Currently enrolled in or beyond the second year of a Law degree; · Organized, responsible, and punctual profile; · Ability to meet goals and deadlines accurately; · Strong legal writing skills and attention to detail; · Proficiency with legal systems and publication platforms. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Prior experience in **labor and social security law**; · Familiarity with platforms such as PJe, e-Saj, and TRT systems; · Experience drafting procedural pleadings; · Basic understanding of case management and law firm routines. **Work Model:** Onsite **Compensation:** BRL 1,600.00 to BRL 2,000.00 per month **Location:** Osasco Job Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Payment: BRL 1,800.00 – BRL 2,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: Onsite
