You will actively participate in agile ceremonies and technical alignment rituals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify, consolidate, and prioritize the technical backlog (refactorings, technical debt, performance improvements, security, resilience, observability, upgrades, migrations), aligned with product strategy and company SLAs. * Assess technical risks and impacts of not addressing backlog items; propose mitigation plans and sequencing. * Translate business requirements into technical needs and vice\-versa, facilitating dialogue among product, engineering, QA, SRE/Infra, and security teams. * Monitor technical and product metrics (performance, error rate, availability, cost, technical debt, lead time, DORA) to support prioritization and decision-making. * Keep stakeholders informed about priorities, justifications, risks, and trade\-offs. * Support teams in defining technical acceptance criteria, DoD/DoR, and quality policies. * Collaborate on modernization and integration initiatives — without defining architecture — ensuring adherence to corporate standards and compatibility with the current architecture. **About You** * Practical experience as a software developer (Java or Node.js) and sufficient front\-end knowledge (Angular or React) to discuss trade\-offs and review technical impacts. * Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban): planning, refinement, dailies, reviews, and retrospectives. * Knowledge of software architecture applied to analysis and prioritization (design patterns, microservices, APIs, DDD, event\-driven), without responsibility for defining architecture. * Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS): workload operations, cost management, basic security, observability, and resilience. * Familiarity with messaging and streaming systems (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka) to assess change impacts and technical dependencies. * Mastery of engineering principles: object orientation, SOLID, Clean Architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, and quality practices. * Strong communication and facilitation skills to align product, engineering, and partner teams; clear and concise documentation. Preferred Qualifications: * Advanced English for stakeholder communication and technical material reading. * Experience applying tactical and strategic DDD to technical backlog management. * Hands\-on experience with SRE/observability (metrics, logs, traces), performance tuning, and resilience. * Practice in cloud cost management and resource optimization. * Knowledge of application security (OWASP, secrets, IAM) and compliance. * Experience with technical governance tools and practices (evolutionary architecture, tech radar, technical OKRs). \#LI\-CA1 **What We Offer** * **Hybrid Work Model:** We adopt a hybrid and flexible work environment (2\-3 days per week in the office, depending on the role) for office\-based positions, ensuring an integrated and consistent experience both digitally and in person. * **Flexibility and Work\-Life Balance:** "Flex My Way" is a set of policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities — whether caring for family, participating in community activities, or dedicating time to rest and personal renewal.
