JOB OPENING – SENIOR LABOR LAWYER \| CLAIMANT, HEARINGS, AND APPEALS
A law firm with strong expertise in labor law representing claimants is seeking a Senior Labor Lawyer for on-site work, focusing on drafting strategic initial pleadings, conducting hearings, and handling appeals.
This position is ideal for professionals with solid experience defending workers' interests, mastery of legal arguments concerning severance payments, overtime, hazardous working conditions, job stability, employment relationship recognition, reversal of dismissals for cause, and indemnifications, as well as technical proficiency in procedural management.

Scope of Practice
Labor legal practice focused on initial pleadings, documentary analysis, procedural strategy formulation, hearings, appeals, judgment enforcement, and execution—always oriented toward maximizing client rights recovery.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting strategic labor initial pleadings with evidentiary planning;
* Analyzing documents, timecards, TRCTs, and defining claims;
* Conducting initial, single, and evidentiary hearings;
* Drafting ordinary appeals, embargos, and other appellate submissions;
* Challenging calculations and acting during the enforcement phase;
* Preparing rebuttals, statements, and memoranda;
* Strict adherence to procedural deadlines;
* Monitoring cases in PJe and other judicial systems.
Requirements
* Law degree with active OAB registration;
* Solid experience in labor law representing claimants;
* Practical experience with initial pleadings, hearings, and appeals;
* Excellent legal writing skills;
* Technical, analytical, and strategic mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with labor calculations and judgment enforcement;
* Experience handling high volumes of initial pleadings;
* Postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Labor Procedure;
* Proven track record of strong performance in hearings and settlements.
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
