Main Responsibilities * Cut and prepare MDF, wood, and derivative material components precisely according to project drawings and templates. * Assemble model bases and structures, including lighting, ensuring alignment and stability of components. * Apply careful finishing touches to ensure high aesthetic standards and final quality. * Safely and accurately use manual and power carpentry tools while optimizing material usage. * Support assembly of other model elements, collaborating across various production stages. * Maintain an organized workspace, caring for tools and equipment used. * Collaborate closely with other production departments to ensure fidelity to design specifications and final output quality. Requirements * Completed high school education * Experience in carpentry, joinery, or precision manual work * Proficiency with carpentry tools * Ability to support assembly of other model elements, such as structures, lighting, and decorative miniature components * Attention to detail and meticulousness in finishing * Organization and commitment to deadlines * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Preferred Qualifications * Experience in fine carpentry or artisanal work * Experience with architectural models, modeling, or miniatures * Technical course in Carpentry, Interior Design, or related fields Benefits * Salary: R$ 3.000 to R$ 4.500 (based on experience and qualifications) * Telemedicine medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Transportation allowance * Professional and structured work environment * Opportunity for growth What We Expect From This Professional We seek someone who **takes pride in their own work**, is **meticulous about finishing details**, and enjoys producing well-crafted pieces.
