We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant eager to learn and join our commercial team. You will serve as essential support to our consultants, ensuring organization and agility throughout the sales process. What We Expect From You (Key Responsibilities): Support sales consultants in preparing proposals and quotations for lighting equipment. Organize and maintain up-to-date customer and sales information in the system. Conduct initial follow-up on leads and opportunities, qualifying contacts. Assist in preparing presentations and lighting-specific sales materials. Manage commercial documentation flow (orders, simple contracts). Provide support for telephone and email inquiries, routing requests appropriately. Learn about lighting products, technologies, and market trends—and grow with the company. What We Seek in You (Requirements and Skills): **Experience:** Prior experience in customer service or sales; (PLUS) experience in **technical retail**, such as decoration stores, architecture firms, electrical supply stores, construction material stores, or lighting stores. Technical Skills (Hard Skills): Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM systems (a plus). Interest in learning about lighting products and technologies.
