Job Summary: An architecture studio is seeking an Architect to develop complete projects, from conception to implementation, in compliance with technical standards and legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Create floor plans, sections, elevations, and technical details The architecture studio seeks an Architect professional based in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Develop architectural projects covering the entire process from initial concept to implementation, considering client requirements, technical standards, and current legislation. Conduct feasibility studies and land evaluations to assess project viability. Create floor plans, sections, elevations, and technical details of the project. Previous experience as an Urban Planner, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, or Civil Engineer may indicate affinity with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
