Technical Sales Representative II Location: **Kestra** Function: **Sales** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for a diversified customer portfolio, where the individual must constantly visit clients focusing on selling Lincoln Service solutions and services, welding consumables, welding machines, and automation solutions for the Industrial segment. **Responsibilities** * Visit customers within the assigned segment, conducting business travel * Seek new business opportunities and close sales * Participate in the preparation of quotations, contributing to the process * Focus on innovations and new products for the segment * Use Lincoln's management tools such as Sales Force and SAP * Generate quotations in SAP and send them to customers * Weekly update Sales Force with budgets, orders, and visit planning * Develop strategies with key customers to increase our sales share * Provide technical support and commercialization for the entire Lincoln product portfolio to key customers, aiming to exceed customer expectations * Be responsible for prospecting and identifying potential projects (needs and business opportunities) within key customers * Conduct technical and commercial visits to resolve conflicts when necessary * Manage key customer relationships at the national level * Act to ensure the execution and implementation of customer-specific plans and the company's strategy for integrated solutions sales * Be responsible for account maintenance and relationship management with key customers * Address key customer complaints regarding solution effectiveness * Propose solutions and, if necessary, develop new products with support from the development team Job Requirements **Minimum Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, or related fields **Additional Qualifications** * Proficiency in industrial design tools such as CAD is desirable * Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint * English and Spanish proficiency is desirable **Experience** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in coatings and manufacturing within the Industrial segment is desirable **Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.** We are committed to promoting equal employment opportunity for applicants, without regard to their race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, including, but not limited to, lactation), sexual orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, and any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. **Job Segment:** ERP, SAP, Technology
