The **Engineering** team needs someone — and we want you on board! **Your mission?** Accelerate the evolution of a strategic product by integrating development, infrastructure, and operations to generate business impact. **Your day-to-day at Skeelo will look like this:** * Develop and enhance features across a Full Stack tech stack, working on backend, frontend, and, when needed, supporting app improvements; * Ensure platform sustainability by performing troubleshooting, deployments, and incident resolution in production; * Participate in technical decision-making, proposing scalable solutions and contributing to architecture and infrastructure evolution; * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and track product evolution; * Operate with a high degree of autonomy, contributing to documenting business rules, managing the product’s technical aspects, and liaising with partners involved in operations. **To succeed in this role, you’ll need:** * Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer, with proficiency in **Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript**, and **React**; * Knowledge to work on mobile applications, performing maintenance and enhancements when required; * Experience with infrastructure, deployments, rollbacks, and production environment support; * Ability to operate autonomously, investigating and resolving complex technical problems; * An analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, and the ability to make independent technical decisions. **It would be great if you also had:** * Experience building digital products in high-availability environments; * Experience working within lean squads, with significant autonomy and technical ownership; * English and/or Spanish for international collaboration. **And the benefits?
