Join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Lead projects and interface with responsible parties from other disciplines, including Electrical, Automation, Civil, Process, Production, Quality, Safety, Laboratory, and R&D. * Specify, calculate, and design installations for new projects as well as improvement projects; * Develop technical equipment specifications and collaborate with the procurement team on budgeting processes; * Evaluate and validate technical proposals; * Develop new suppliers through rigorous analysis in mechanical and civil disciplines. * Prepare descriptive memoranda for contracting mechanical installation and civil works; * Conduct field surveys; * Develop standards, manuals, and technical specifications; * Perform active field supervision to ensure adherence to best practices for mechanical installation, completion of checklists, and coordination with contractors to resolve non-conforming items; * Participate in training programs when requested. * Work in accordance with technical standards for safety, quality, and productivity. * Perform tasks relevant to the functional area using computers and software applications. * Perform other duties compatible with the requirements of the position. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Willingness to work onsite in Barra Bonita/SP. * Intermediate level of English proficiency. * Knowledge of technical standards and best practices applicable to mechanical and sanitary/aseptic installations, including NRs, NBRs, ASME VIII, GMP, ANVISA, EHEDG, and ASME BPE. * Experience with industrial piping and mechanical systems applied to industrial processes. * Knowledge of process and utility installations, such as valves, pumps, heat exchangers, instrumentation, control systems, steam, industrial water, compressed air, among others. * Ability to prepare and interpret engineering documentation, including process and engineering flow diagrams (PFDs and P\&IDs), equipment lists, data sheets, and review of mechanical discipline technical drawings. * Experience overseeing and supervising industrial mechanical installations and civil works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D viewers, and Microsoft Project to support project planning and control.
